(How to use)

-For hot pack

1. Put pack into microwave in state of folded half it.

2. Heat it in microwave (800W basis) for 1 to 3 minutes depending on desired warmth.

3. To reheat it while pack is still warm please heat for 30 seconds again as microwave power (W) is different.

4. Spray water in pack before heating for moist heating.

-For cold pack

1. Put packs in freezer in a state of general cold storage for 1 to 2 hours after put it into vinyl bag first.

  (Do not place it in deep-freezer due to very cold.)

2. Dry fully it when wetted.
